In Western Australia, a tenant's cleaning obligations at the end of a tenancy are set out under the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 (WA). The standard is that the property must be returned in a "reasonable state of cleanliness", broadly the same condition it was in at the start of the tenancy as recorded on your entry Property Condition Report, allowing for fair wear and tear.

Every bond clean carries a 14 day re-clean warranty. If something eligible within the checklist scope is genuinely missed, tell us within 14 calendar days of the clean being completed and we return and re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. This is a warranty on the standard of our cleaning. It is not a guarantee about the outcome of your bond claim, which is decided by your property manager and lessor, not by us.
