Two Mates Cleaning was founded by Sourav Kanyan in 2019. Sourav holds a CPP30316 Certificate III in Cleaning Operations, and built the business around one idea: property managers and tenants deserve a bond clean that actually meets the standard the first time, not a rushed job that gets flagged at inspection.
That idea is still what runs the business today. Every clean is done to the standard we'd want if we were the ones getting our bond back.
We offer three services: bond cleaning, bond carpet cleaning, and end of lease rubbish removal. Bond cleaning is what we do most, and it's what this business was built around.

We've worked with agents from Harcourts, RE/MAX, and Ray White, and we clean to the REIWA inspection checklist every time. Our Bond Cleaning service includes a 14-day re-clean warranty, so if anything's missed, we come back and fix it at no extra cost.
We're also covered by $10 million in public liability insurance, and every team member is police-checked before they're sent out to a job.
Two Mates Cleaning is a direct service business. We employ our own cleaning team, currently 8 people strong. We don't operate as a marketplace or booking app that sends out whichever contractor is free that day. When you book with us, one of our own, uniformed team members turns up and does the work.
Every team member wears a branded uniform, so you always know who's turned up to do the job, and works with our own professional-grade equipment rather than whatever they can borrow for the day.
