This is a full carpet cleaning service: pre-vacuuming, then either steam cleaning (hot water extraction) or dry cleaning, at the same price. Rugs and upholstery are cleaned as part of this service, quoted individually rather than on the fixed per-bedroom rate. Flea treatment is available as an add-on. All equipment is supplied by us and the work is done by our own employed, uniformed team.
This sits alongside, not inside, a standard bond clean. A bond clean covers the property's surfaces; it does not include carpet, rug or upholstery cleaning. Booking Bond Carpet Cleaning at the same time covers the floors your bond clean doesn't.
Is Carpet Cleaning Mandatory When You Move Out?
Carpet cleaning is not a mandatory service. There's no requirement to have your carpets professionally cleaned before you move out.
Even so, clean carpet matters. Flattened, stained or musty-smelling carpet is one of the more obvious things a property manager notices at a final inspection.
Doing it yourself with a rented machine is possible, but it's easy to leave streaks, over-wet the carpet, or miss dirt and odour trapped deep in the fibres. A lot of DIY attempts fall short here for exactly that reason.
If you'd rather not risk it, booking carpet cleaning alongside your bond clean means everything is handled in one visit.
Priced by bedroom count, fitted carpet
Both steam and dry cleaning are offered at the same price, GST inclusive. Rugs and upholstery are quoted individually, since size and fabric vary too much for a flat rate.
Flea treatment: $20 per room, added as needed. Rugs and upholstery: quoted individually, no fixed figure.
What moves a price above the starting figures. Carpet condition, fibre type, and whether rugs or upholstery are added to the booking. Scope is confirmed when you book.
Payment terms. A 10% deposit secures your booking and the balance is due on the day of service.

24-hour re-clean warranty
If something isn't right within 24 hours of the clean, we'll come back and address it, at no charge, within that window.
This is shorter than, and separate from, the 14-day re-clean warranty on Bond Cleaning itself. Both services share the word "Bond" in their name, but they carry different guarantee windows.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply independently of this commitment and cannot be excluded by it.
How this differs from our other guarantees
Two of our services carry a fixed day count and four do not. Here is the position in plain terms, because the difference is easy to blur.
This service carries a 24-hour re-clean warranty, a fixed window from the time the clean is completed.
Bond cleaning carries a 14-day re-clean warranty, set out on its own policy page. Window Cleaning, Tiles and Grout Cleaning and Pressure Washing carry no day count at all, and are settled on the spot through an on-site inspection instead. None of those figures apply to this service, and this service's 24-hour figure does not apply to them.
