This is a full carpet cleaning service: pre-vacuuming, then either steam cleaning (hot water extraction) or dry cleaning, at the same price. Rugs and upholstery are cleaned as part of this service, quoted individually rather than on the fixed per-bedroom rate. Flea treatment is available as an add-on. All equipment is supplied by us and the work is done by our own employed, uniformed team.
This sits alongside, not inside, a standard bond clean. A bond clean covers the property's surfaces; it does not include carpet, rug or upholstery cleaning. Booking Bond Carpet Cleaning at the same time covers the floors your bond clean doesn't.
Carpet cleaning is not a mandatory service. There's no requirement to have your carpets professionally cleaned before you move out.
Even so, clean carpet matters. Flattened, stained or musty-smelling carpet is one of the more obvious things a property manager notices at a final inspection.
Doing it yourself with a rented machine is possible, but it's easy to leave streaks, over-wet the carpet, or miss dirt and odour trapped deep in the fibres. A lot of DIY attempts fall short here for exactly that reason.
If you'd rather not risk it, booking carpet cleaning alongside your bond clean means everything is handled in one visit.
