Yes. In Western Australia the same job is called bond cleaning, vacate cleaning, end of lease cleaning and move out cleaning interchangeably. They are different names for one service, not different services.
Bond cleaning is priced by bedroom count, GST inclusive: 1 bedroom from $275, 2 bedrooms from $330, 3 bedrooms from $440, 4 bedrooms from $550. These are flat rates with no weekend or public holiday surcharge, and no travel surcharge anywhere in our service area.

No, and we're upfront about that. Your bond is returned based on your landlord's or property manager's overall assessment of the property, which can include things entirely outside cleaning, such as damage or unpaid rent. We guarantee the quality of our clean with our 14 day re-clean warranty, not the outcome of your bond claim.

Lawn mowing and garden maintenance, wall hole repairs or repainting, general pest control, rubbish removal beyond the standard scope, contents or furniture removal, and pool chemical balancing are all outside the standard bond clean. Most of these are available as separate services.
Below average condition is defined by specific markers, not a subjective judgement call: excessive grease, heavily soiled kitchens, excessive mould or mineral deposits in bathrooms, or heavily stained walls. Properties showing these are assessed and quoted separately, and we'll always tell you this before the job goes ahead.
Standard bond cleaning covers hard floors, vacuumed or swept then mopped. Professional carpet steam or dry cleaning is a separate service, Bond Carpet Cleaning.
If something within the standard checklist scope is genuinely missed, tell us within 14 calendar days of the clean being completed and we return and re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. Full terms are on our 14 Day Re-Clean Warranty page.
Bond return itself is not covered, since that's your landlord's decision, not ours. Pre-existing damage and below average condition issues aren't covered either, since they sit outside the standard clean's scope.

Yes. Bond Carpet Cleaning covers steam or dry cleaning at the same price, plus rugs and upholstery.
Yes. Window Cleaning covers streak-free glass, frames and tracks, with second-storey access available by appointment.
Yes to both. Tiles and Grout Cleaning is a machine-assisted clean for floor and wall tiles, and Pressure Washing covers pavers, driveways, paths, pool surrounds, decking and fencing.

A 10% deposit secures your booking, and the balance is due on the day of service.
No. We charge flat rates with no weekend surcharge, no public holiday surcharge and no off hours surcharge. The price quoted for your bedroom count is the price regardless of which day we attend.
