What moves a price above the starting figure. Properties assessed as below average condition, such as heavily soiled kitchens, excessive grease, extensive bathroom mould and mineral deposits, or heavily stained walls, are priced individually once we've had a look. Two properties with the same bedroom count can also be different jobs, so scope is confirmed when you book.
Payment terms. Your booking is secured with a 10% deposit and the balance is due on the day of service.
Optional extras. Carpet cleaning and rubbish removal both sit outside the standard bond clean, priced separately and added to the bond clean if you want everything handled in one booking.

Carpet cleaning, steam or dry, priced by bedroom count and GST inclusive: 1 bedroom from $99, 2 bedrooms from $132, 3 bedrooms from $156, 4 bedrooms from $186. The price is the same whether the carpet is steam or dry cleaned. Flea treatment is $20 per room on top, and rug and upholstery cleaning is quoted per item.
Worth knowing, the warranty windows are different. Bond carpet cleaning carries a 24 hour re-clean warranty, which is separate from, and shorter than, the 14 day warranty on the bond clean itself.

This one is quoted per job rather than from a set rate, because the price depends on the volume and materials, how many people are needed, loading time, access such as stairs or long carries, and disposal and recycling fees. We assess the issue and, where it is covered, return and re-clean the affected area with no additional cleaning labour charge.
