There is no fixed volume included: every job is quoted individually on the estimated amount of rubbish, the type of materials, and how accessible the property is.
We do not rely on the property's council bin capacity. Depending on the size of the job, everything is removed using enclosed trailers, caged trailers, utility vehicles or trucks, and taken to licensed waste transfer or recycling facilities. You do not need to organise a skip bin or a council collection yourself.
Do I Need to Clear the Property Myself Before My Bond Clean?
No. Rubbish removal is not a requirement, and you can book it as a standalone service whether or not you are also having the property professionally cleaned.
