The gap between a property manager approving a clean and requesting a re-inspection usually comes down to a handful of items: the oven interior and racks, shower grout, the inside of kitchen cabinets, and window tracks. Those are also the items most commonly missed in a rushed self-clean. We work through every one of them as standard practice, cross-referenced against the inclusions checklist, not skipped because a room looks tidy on first glance.
Every figure below is GST inclusive and is a starting price for a property in standard condition. There is no weekend, public holiday or off hours surcharge, and no distance surcharge anywhere in our service area.
What moves a price above the starting figure. Homes in below average condition, such as heavily soiled kitchens, excessive grease, extensive bathroom mould and mineral deposits, or heavily stained walls, are assessed and quoted separately. Two properties with the same bedroom count can also be different jobs, so scope is confirmed when you book.
Payment terms. A 10% deposit locks in your booking and the balance is due on the day of service.
Optional extras. Bond carpet cleaning and end of lease rubbish removal are separate services, priced separately and added to the bond clean if you want everything handled in one booking.

Carpet steam or dry cleaning, priced by bedroom count and GST inclusive: 1 bedroom from $99, 2 bedrooms from $132, 3 bedrooms from $156, 4 bedrooms from $186. The price is the same whether the carpet is steam or dry cleaned. Flea treatment is $20 per room on top, and rug and upholstery cleaning is quoted per item.
Note the warranty windows differ. Bond carpet cleaning carries a 24 hour re-clean warranty, which is separate from, and shorter than, the 14 day warranty on the bond clean itself.

Why our re-clean warranty matters in Innaloo
Real estate agents are responsible for someone else's property, and part of that job is confirming the tenant has left it in a reasonably clean condition. Cleaning is one of the most closely checked parts of a handover, and final inspections are thorough.
What looks clean to one person can look different to another. In plenty of cases where you would be perfectly happy with the result, a property manager still flags an item. Property managers can take up to four days after your lease expiry date to inspect the property and prepare their condition report.

If anything from your booked bond clean, should reasonably have been cleaned as part of that service, and was genuinely missed, tell us within 14 calendar days of the clean being completed. We assess the issue and, where it is covered, return and re-clean the affected area with no additional cleaning labour charge.

Tell us how many bathrooms there are, whether the oven is a wall unit or freestanding, and whether there is a separate laundry, and the quote will hold. Agreeing the scope in advance is what stops a bond clean turning into a conversation about extras on the day.
