This is a dedicated window cleaning service covering external glass, frames and tracks. A squeegee technique is used for standard access, and a water-fed pole system for second-storey or hard-to-reach glass, which cleans and rinses with purified water from ground level without ladders against the property. All equipment is supplied by us and the work is done by our own employed, uniformed team.
Some of this work already sits inside a bond clean. Internal windows, tracks and ground-floor external windows are already covered as part of a full Perth bond clean. What this service adds is second-storey access, complex window configurations, or a more thorough dedicated pass across the whole property.
Window cleaning is not a mandatory service. There's no requirement to have your windows professionally cleaned before you move out.

Our commitment on window cleaning is immediate rather than deferred. When the crew has finished, the job is inspected while they are still at the property, and anything you are not happy with is done again before they leave. That is what we mean by a 100% job satisfaction commitment.
It is a commitment about the standard of our workmanship: we keep working until you are satisfied with the work itself. It is not a promise about glass that was already etched or damaged before we arrived.

This service has no day count. The commitment is the on-site check described above, made and settled while the crew is present.
Bond cleaning carries a 14-day re-clean warranty, set out on its own policy page. Bond carpet cleaning carries 24 hours. Neither figure applies to window cleaning, and this service's on-site commitment does not apply to them.
