This is a dedicated window cleaning service covering external glass, frames and tracks. A squeegee technique is used for standard access, and a water-fed pole system for second-storey or hard-to-reach glass, which cleans and rinses with purified water from ground level without ladders against the property. All equipment is supplied by us and the work is done by our own employed, uniformed team.
Some of this work already sits inside a bond clean. Internal windows, tracks and ground-floor external windows are already covered as part of a full Perth bond clean. What this service adds is second-storey access, complex window configurations, or a more thorough dedicated pass across the whole property.
Is Window Cleaning Mandatory When You Move Out?
Window cleaning is not a mandatory service. There's no requirement to have your windows professionally cleaned before you move out.
Even so, clean windows matter. It's one of the more obvious things a property manager notices at a final inspection, so having them looking their best is worth the effort.
Doing it yourself is completely fine. The tricky part is getting a genuinely streak-free, haze-free finish. A lot of DIY attempts fail for exactly this reason, usually from the wrong product, the wrong cloth, or not buffing the glass fully before it dries.
If you'd rather not risk it, booking window cleaning alongside your bond clean means everything is handled in one visit.
Priced by bedroom count, for standard access
Bedroom-count pricing covers ground-floor external glass, frames and tracks. Second-storey and high-access windows are quoted separately once we've seen the job or your photos, since access and equipment needs vary property to property.
What moves a price above the starting figures. Second-storey or high-access windows, complex configurations like bay windows or multiple panes per frame, and general access difficulty. Scope is confirmed when you book.
Payment terms. A 10% deposit secures your booking and the balance is due on the day of service.

Our commitment on window cleaning is immediate rather than deferred. When the crew has finished, the job is inspected while they are still at the property, and anything you are not happy with is done again before they leave. That is what we mean by a 100% job satisfaction commitment.
It is a commitment about the standard of our workmanship: we keep working until you are satisfied with the work itself. It is not a promise about glass that was already etched or damaged before we arrived.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply independently of this commitment and cannot be excluded by it.
How this differs from our other guarantees
Two of our services carry a fixed day count and four do not. Here is the position in plain terms, because the difference is easy to blur.
This service has no day count. The commitment is the on-site check described above, made and settled while the crew is present.
Bond cleaning carries a 14-day re-clean warranty, set out on its own policy page. Bond carpet cleaning carries 24 hours. Neither figure applies to window cleaning, and this service's on-site commitment does not apply to them.
