Properties in below average condition, such as heavily soiled kitchens, excessive grease, extensive bathroom mould and mineral deposits, or heavily stained walls, get assessed and quoted on their own. Two properties with the same bedroom count can also be different jobs, so scope is confirmed when you book.
Payment terms. A 10% deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due on the day of service.
Optional extras. Carpet cleaning and rubbish removal both sit outside the standard bond clean, priced separately and added to the bond clean if you want everything handled in one booking.

The price is the same whether the carpet is steam or dry cleaned. Flea treatment is $20 per room on top, and rug and upholstery cleaning is quoted per item.
Note the warranty windows differ. Bond carpet cleaning carries a 24 hour re-clean warranty, which is separate from, and shorter than, the 14 day warranty on the bond clean itself.
