This is a high-pressure treatment for six confirmed outdoor surface types, lifting algae, mould, efflorescence and general grime that a hose and broom can't shift. Some surfaces need a soft-wash assessment first rather than high pressure, and we check for this before starting. All equipment is supplied by us and the work is done by our own employed, uniformed team.
Some of this work already sits inside a bond clean. Patios and verandas being cleaned and hosed down are already covered as part of a full Perth bond clean. What this service adds is the full high-pressure machine clean of driveways, pavers, paths and other hard surfaces on top of that.
Pressure washing is not a mandatory service. There's no requirement to have your outdoor areas professionally cleaned before you move out.
Even so, clean outdoor areas matter. Algae on pavers or grime on the driveway is one of the more obvious things a property manager notices at a final inspection.
Doing it yourself is fine, if you have the right equipment. The tricky part is shifting built-up algae and grime without damaging softer surfaces like limestone pavers. A lot of DIY attempts fall short here, either because a home unit doesn't have enough power, or the wrong pressure gets used on the wrong surface.
If you'd rather not risk it, booking pressure washing alongside your bond clean means everything is handled in one visit.
Both figures below are GST inclusive and both are needed to work out a price. On a small job the minimum charge is the number that applies, not the per square metre rate, which is why we never publish one without the other.
A worked example, so the minimum makes sense. A standard driveway of roughly 30 square metres is 30 multiplied by $4.40, which is $132. That's above the $99 minimum, so the per-metre rate applies. On a smaller job, like a single garden path, the $99 minimum is more often the number that applies.
What moves a price above the starting figures. The surface type, how far algae or grime has built up, area size, and access. Scope is confirmed when you book.
Payment terms. A 10% deposit secures your booking and the balance is due on the day of service.

Our commitment on pressure washing is immediate rather than deferred. When the crew has finished, the job is inspected while they are still at the property, and anything you are not happy with is done again before they leave. That is what we mean by a 100% job satisfaction commitment.
It is a commitment about the standard of our workmanship: we keep working until you are satisfied with the work itself. It is not a promise about surfaces that were already damaged before we arrived.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply independently of this commitment and cannot be excluded by it.
Two of our services carry a fixed day count and four do not. Here is the position in plain terms, because the difference is easy to blur.
This service has no day count. The commitment is the on-site check described above, made and settled while the crew is present.
Bond cleaning carries a 14-day re-clean warranty, set out on its own policy page. Bond carpet cleaning carries 24 hours. Neither figure applies to pressure washing, and this service's on-site commitment does not apply to them.

Public liability cover of $10 million, confirmed by the business, applies to the work we carry out at your property.
No weekend surcharge, no public holiday surcharge, no off-hours surcharge, and no distance surcharge anywhere in our service area.
We cover the Perth metropolitan area from Yanchep in the north to Kwinana in the south, a corridor of approximately 115 kilometres end to end. There is no distance-based surcharge anywhere in that area, including at both extremes. Our base is in Embleton, in Perth's inner north east.
